Recruitment & Training Content Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organised and people-oriented Recruitment & Training Content Executive to support the Company's recruitment, employer branding, interview coordination, training and staff development activities. The role combines content creation, video shooting & editing, recruitment administration, interview coordination, and training support.

Key responsibilities

• Create attractive recruitment content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.
• Develop recruitment posters, short videos, reels and other promotional materials.
• Plan and conduct video shooting for recruitment, company activities, staff life, training and employer branding purposes.
• Edit short-form videos for social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Receive and organise candidate interview information from various recruitment channels.
• Contact candidates to arrange interview dates and times.
• Coordinate interview sessions with HR, management and relevant PICs.
• Assist HR in sourcing and attracting suitable candidates.
• Post job vacancies and recruitment campaigns on appropriate platforms.
• Assist in organising employee training and development programmes.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with good communication and creative skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment, content creation, video editing or training is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
• Well-organised with good time management skills.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to travel to different outlets for video shooting, interviews and training activities when required.
