RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING SUPERVISOR

Purpose of the position:

The Recruitment and Training Supervisor leads end-to-end recruitment and learning initiatives, with a strong focus on hiring high volume and high performing talents for Sales and Supply Chain roles in an FMCG environment. This role ensures timely talent acquisition, effective onboarding, and delivery of training programs that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower request to onboarding.
• Lead high-volume hiring for Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Manufacturing, and corporate roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
• Track recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Fill, Hiring SLA, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Training

• Conduct training needs analysis and implementation of the annual training plan.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
• Support employee development and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of recruitment experience, FMCG is a must.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in high-volume hiring for Sales and Supply Chain positions. • Experience in training coordination or facilitation is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition, high-volume recruitment, and hiring for FMCG Sales and Supply Chain roles.
