Recruitment Assistant

What Youll Do

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with applicants
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and applicant endorsements
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Prepare recruitment documents and reports
• Assist during onboarding and pre-employment processing
• Respond to applicant inquiries professionally and promptly
• Support HR activities and administrative tasks when needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook hiring, and other sourcing platforms is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Willing to learn and adapt to recruitment processes
