Recruitment Assistant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Registered Psychometrician (RPm) license is preferred
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in full-cycle or end-to-end recruitment
• Knowledge and experience in administering various pre-employment tests
• Experience in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement programs and activities
• Proficient in candidate sourcing through Google X-Ray Search, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple job vacancies and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
