Recruitment Assistant

• 4 months temporary Recruitment Assistant role.
• Conduct candidate sourcing and outbound calls to prospect applicants, screen qualifications, verify availability, and maintain regular communication with potential candidates for current and future vessel requirements. (TAP, Jot form, referrals , FB, Linkedin Etc.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by updating candidate TAP database, recording call outcomes in the recruitment system, and continuously identifying qualified seafarers who meet company and vessel requirements.
• Support recruitment activities and coordination by scheduling interviews, assisting in candidate endorsements, following up on application requirements, and ensuring timely recruitment progress to meet vessel takeover manpower demands.

Requirements

• 4 years Bachelor degree graduate

• Can commit for 3-4 months onsite work in our Asean Office

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analytics skills

• Familiarity of social Media Management such as Facebook, Canva

• Document Management

• Formal business communication skills
