Recruitment Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with manpower mobilization and crew manning-up activities as required.
• Assist the Recruitment Department with daily administrative tasks, coordination, and recruitment-related activities.
• Assist in converting crew original CVs into the standard OVE-format CV.
• Maintain and update the OVE Master Crew Database with accurate and up-to-date crew information, qualifications, and training records.
• Assist with the coordination and administration of online training for crew members when required.
• Assist in preparing Crew Contract Agreements and other related employment documentation.
• Assist with the filing, tracking, and maintenance of signed Crew Contract Agreements in the designated Crew Contract Folder.
