What they need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Familiarity with job posting platforms, social media recruitment, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential employee and applicant information with professionalism.
- Customer-service oriented with the ability to interact effectively with applicants, department heads, and employees.
- Willing to work on-site and support recruitment activities, job fairs, and hiring events when needed.
