RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis, to be assigned in Dela Paz, Metro Manila. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of our Human Resources function and support the recruitment process for our growing organization. As Recruitment Assistant, you will work closely with our recruitment team to ensure we attract and onboard the right talent to support our business objectives. This role offers exposure to all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle and is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in human resources and talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the screening and initial shortlisting of candidates in response to job applications
• Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and distribute job advertisements across recruitment channels and job boards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment records
• Conduct preliminary telephone or email interviews to gather candidate information
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation
• Liaise with candidates to answer frequently asked questions about positions and the application process
• Assist with the development and updating of job descriptions and recruitment materials
• Support new employee onboarding and induction activities
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment policies
