Recruitment Associate

We are seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

You will provide key support to our Sales team. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist the Recruitment Consultants by:

• Generating leads for new placements
• Marketing to new and existing candidates
• Reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and social platforms
• Performing various administrative tasks
• Engaging with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful placements
• Leave cover for Recruitment Consultants
