Recruitment Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with applicants through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Conduct initial applicant screening and interviews.
• Assist applicants with completing requirements, assessments, and orientations.
• Monitor and update candidate progress in the recruitment system.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth candidate processing.
• Ensure candidates complete all necessary requirements before deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, Computer Science, or any related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and willing to be trained
