Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate owns hiring for field sales and frontliner teams, from posting and monitoring job portals to source candidates, to coordinating with agencies on onboarding and ensuring on-time dispatch of agency-sourced manpower. The role also monitors agency billing performance and sources additional vendor/manpower agencies to expand hiring capacity.

Beyond agency-driven hiring, this role supports internal team hiring needs and handles 201 files and general admin onboarding.

What we're looking for:

• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Relevant experience in high-volume/bulk hiring, ideally for field sales or frontline roles
• Experience working with recruitment agencies or manpower vendors (sourcing, coordination, dispatch)
• Background in fintech hiring is a plus
• Exposure to job portal sourcing and applicant tracking tools
• Familiarity with 201 file management and basic HR administrative processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
