Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support the company’s end-to-end recruitment activities. The role will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and assisting in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and other sourcing channels.

• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.

• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal departments regarding staffing requirements.

• Assist in other recruitment and HR-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience within the Insurance Industry, preferably in Life Insurance or Financial Institutions/Financial Services.

• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Word.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.

• Able to handle confidential candidate information professionally.

• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
