We are looking for an ambitious Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Technology & IT Recruitment team in our Madrid office.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant within our Madrid Technology division, you will:

• Learn and develop within the Technology & IT recruitment market
• Build relationships with technology professionals across Spain and Europe
• Source, engage, and qualify candidates for live vacancies
• Support clients with their hiring needs and deliver an exceptional recruitment service
• Develop business development and client management skills
• Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to placement
• Work closely with experienced consultants and leaders who will support your development
• Progress towards managing your own market and client relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in recruitment (12+ months) or a background in sales, business development, customer success, hospitality, retail, or another target-driven environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A resilient, motivated, and ambitious mindset
• Commercial awareness and confidence speaking with professionals
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
• Fluent Spanish
• Someone who is coachable, competitive, and eager to learn
