Recruitment Associate

The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain professional relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen applications based on established qualifications and hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate communications through chat, email, and phone calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities.
• Conduct regular and professional candidate follow-ups to ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, recruitment trackers, and reports.
• Prepare and organize recruitment-related documents and ensure timely submission of requirements.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding activities and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Provide timely updates on recruitment progress, applicant status, and hiring requirements.
• Submit regular recruitment reports and ensure assigned tasks and commitments are completed on time.
• Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• HR-related certification such as CHRA is an advantage.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration is preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
