Executive Search Associate – Philadelphia Office - Immediate, or 2027 start dates available.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and assess senior professionals and executives
• Interview and evaluate candidates to assess skills, experience, and career goals
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Partner with hiring managers and key decision makers to understand their needs
• Coordinate video and on-site interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain accurate and organized records of outreach, appointments, and pipelines

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
