Recruitment Associate

QStaffers is expanding! We’re looking for driven Recruitment Associates to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

This is where a real recruitment career starts. You’ll support full cycle hiring for our clients, with a strong focus on high volume, non technical roles across customer service, call centres, sales, retail, operations, administration, logistics and hospitality. Alongside that, you’ll get some exposure to technical hiring as client demand comes in. Mass hiring moves fast, so you’ll learn fast too. From day one you’ll be sourcing, screening and speaking to dozens of candidates every single day. We’ll give you the exposure and the guidance, and you bring the energy, the hunger to learn and the commitment to put in the effort it takes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Sourcing & Talent Engagement

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, community groups, universities, job fairs and referrals
• Reach out to candidates at scale, build relationships and keep them engaged throughout the process
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring high volume roles
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience at every step, even when hiring in large numbers

Screening & Coordination

• Conduct high volume screening calls to assess experience, communication skills, motivation and fit
• Help organise and run assessment days, group interviews and hiring events
• Prepare clear candidate summaries and shortlists for the recruitment team and clients
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates through feedback, offers, onboarding paperwork and joining

Recruitment Support

• Support Recruitment Partners on mass hiring campaigns with tight deadlines and large headcounts
• Support occasional technical searches and learn the basics of the tech hiring landscape
• Gradually take ownership of your own requisitions as you grow

Process & Data

• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in our ATS
• Track your own activity, pipeline and conversion metrics, and share regular progress updates
• Pick up market insights along the way, from salary trends to candidate availability across sectors

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in high volume or mass hiring
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they are genuinely eager to learn, hands on, and ready to take full ownership of their growth
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Trello and similar tools; ATS experience (Workable and/or Teamtailor) is a plus
• Strong communication skills and real confidence speaking to people over the phone
• Able to handle a high number of calls and candidates every day without losing quality
• Self motivated, resilient and able to keep up in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Organised, detail oriented and quick to act on feedback

WORK SETUP

• Location: The Portal, SODIC West, Sheikh Zayed
• Work model: On site
• Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1 hour break)
• Days off: Fridays and Saturdays
