Recruitment Associate

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR compliance, while ensuring a positive employee experience and adherence to company policies.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BA Psychology
• Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience
• Skilled in sourcing and screening candidates via job boards and social media
• Excellent communication skills for interview coordination and candidate engagement
• Proficient in recruitment software and database management
• Capable of assessing candidates and matching them to job requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; can handle multiple roles
• Proactive and able to anticipate hiring needs
• Problem-solver, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team
