Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for MNC clients requirements.
• Understand client expectations and deliver quality talent within timelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases.
• Handle hiring across mid to senior and leadership positions.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and salary negotiations.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports and ensure compliance with defined processes in a remote work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with a recruitment consultancy.
• Proven experience in hiring for MNC clients across multiple Corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of MNC hiring practices.
• Experience in lateral and leadership hiring.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, process-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home.
• Immediate joiners will only be considered.
• You should have your own phone, laptop and internet connection.
