What You'll Do

Talent Sourcing and Research

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job postings, headhunting, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct opportunity or pitch calls with potential candidates for active and passive job opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for assigned job orders and mandates.
• Maintain and update candidate information and movements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct market research and gather industry insights to support effective recruitment strategies.

Recruitment and Candidate Management

• Understand clients' hiring requirements and Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements for assigned roles.
• Conduct candidate interviews based on the company's recruitment and search methodology.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the completion of the hiring process.
• Conduct employment reference checks when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, data privacy, and employment standards.

Client and Team Support

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Support Senior Consultants with research, presentations, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks.

Business Development

• Support business development initiatives by researching potential clients and Ultimate Decision Makers (UDMs).
• Assist in identifying opportunities within target industries.
• Support initiatives that contribute to expanding the company's client network and business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or staffing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sourcing and research skills.
• Comfortable engaging and building relationships with candidates and clients.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
