Recruitment Associate (Ready for immediate onboarding)

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for evaluation.
• Monitor candidate progress and provide timely updates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple recruitment tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
