What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing and screening candidates through a variety of channels to build a pipeline of top talent
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer and on-boarding
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their requirements and deliver candidates that are the perfect fit
• Providing a first-class candidate experience and guiding them through each stage of the process
• Maintaining accurate records and providing detailed reporting on recruitment activity and metrics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices

What we're looking for

• 0-1 years (fresh grad is welcome to apply internship experience related in recruitment or talent acquisition role.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships
• A proactive, resilient and creative approach to sourcing top talent
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
• A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to candidate care
