About the role

This role involves sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will identify and engage talent through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, conduct assessments, and maintain recruitment records and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing and screening of candidates according to position requirements
• Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and various recruitment channels
• Contact candidates, conduct follow-ups, and maintain candidate experience during the recruitment process
• Schedule interviews with HR and hiring managers
• Assist with interviews and candidate assessments as needed
• Manage recruitment administration, update candidate data and status
• Create recruitment reports and track candidate progress
• Support other recruitment activities as required by the HR team

About you

• Open to active students or fresh graduates; background in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related fields is a plus
• Interest in pursuing a career in Recruitment or Human Resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong follow-up capabilities
• Able to work with targets, KPIs, and deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Able to work on-site and collaborate with the team
• Recruitment or sourcing experience is a plus
