About the role

We are seeking a full-time Recruitment professional to join our team at Skills Innovative People Services Inc. in Oranbo, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Recruitment specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our diverse client base. This position is central to our business operations, requiring you to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Your contributions will directly impact our clients' success and our reputation as a trusted recruitment partner in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Develop and maintain detailed job specifications and candidate profiles for each recruitment assignment
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive summaries and recommendations
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and placement success rates
• Participate in business development activities to expand our client base and identify new recruitment opportunities
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in our applicant tracking system and CRM platforms
• Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, either as a recruitment consultant, recruiter, or similar role within an agency or in-house HR department
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and standard recruitment tools
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
• Knowledge of the Philippine job market and familiarity with local employment practices and regulations
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving recruitment targets and KPIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• A professional approach, with strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Preferred: Experience in recruitment agencies or handling bulk hiring requirements
