PT DPL is a company overseeing two hotel properties, Hoshinoya Bali and Chesa Canggu. We are currently looking for a Recruitment professional to coordinate and manage recruitment processes across both hotel units, ensuring that each property’s manpower needs are fulfilled effectively and on time.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for two hotel units, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Identify and attract qualified candidates based on manpower needs and hotel requirements.

• Coordinate with department heads and management to understand hiring needs and priorities.

• Conduct CV screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interview schedules, selection processes, and employment offers.

• Maintain an updated recruitment database and monitor recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Experience handling recruitment for multiple properties is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Good communication in English is preferred.

• Willing to travel or work across two hotel units when required.
