Recruitment Consultant (Basic + Uncapped Comms/ Company Trip/ No Need Exp)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research and other sales activities.
• Understand clients' businesses, manpower requirements, hiring challenges and recruitment plans.
• Drive sales results by matching candidates effectively and closing placements to achieve Monthly Sales Target.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client activities, candidate interactions, job orders and placements in the CRM system.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• No experience needed — training is provided
• Candidates with prior sales, recruitment, telesales, customer-facing experience are welcome
