What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full cycle of recruitment activities, including order hearing, job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview and selection, offer negotiation and candidate management
- Handle candidates' on / off-boarding issues
- Act as an initial touch-point between candidates and clients
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients
- Achieve KPI and other business strategic targets
- Be responsible for pipeline management by providing appropriate business solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
- Agency recruitment experience in Banking is a must
- Good command of English & Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Canva
- Open for both Full-Time and Part-Time (1 headcount each)
