What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and growing relationships with a long-standing client base
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Working a well-resourced desk with strong systems, tools, and database support

No construction recruitment experience? No problem. We’ll give you the training, structure, and support to get up to speed in a sector that’s busy, stable, and full of opportunity.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in recruitment or sales within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisation, time management, and commercial thinking
• Attention to detail with the ability to think differently when it counts
• Clear, confident communication skills
• A genuine drive to improve, learn, and build something long-term
• The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
