Recruitment Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify, source, and onboard industry experts across relevant domains
• Understand client requirements in depth — including the type of expertise, industry knowledge, or market insight they are seeking
• Match the right expert to the right client based on the client's specific needs
• Conduct outreach and screening calls with potential experts to assess their knowledge, credibility, and relevance
• Build and maintain a strong, reliable database/network of experts across various industries
• Coordinate and schedule consultations/calls between experts and clients
• Act as the primary point of contact managing communication between experts and clients throughout the engagement

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field (e.g., HR).
• Strong communication skills with excellent convincing power.
• Proficiency in English language (spoken) with ability to communicate effectively with diverse experts.
• Ability to conduct thorough research analysis using various tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
