Your role

• Source and attract top talent within your sector
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising roles to placing candidates.
• Use cutting-edge tech, platforms, and automated tools to work smarter.

About you

• 2+ years experience as an 360° agency recruiter perm or temp roles
• Motivated, ambitious, and ready to grow your career in recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy celebrating wins together.
• Confident using recruitment technology and platforms to deliver results.
• Experience in Engineering, Trades, or Healthcare recruitment is a plus.
