- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidate recommendations
- Manage and maintain an active candidate pipeline throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including follow ups and onboarding, while assisting in resolving recruitment related matters
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to the recruitment process
