Recruitment Consultant

Advanced Personnel has been connecting great people with great businesses for nearly 40 years, and our Hamilton branch continues to grow. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a busy, high-performing team where no two days are the same.

This is a genuine 360-Recruitment role where you’ll work on all parts of the candidate and client processes from start to finish, focused on building client relationships, sourcing quality candidates, and growing your desk. It suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is commercially minded, and thrives on building strong relationships.

The Role:

• Managing and growing client relationships across your portfolio
• Developing new business opportunities and building your network
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Working toward KPIs and performance targets
• Keeping communication strong with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence working in a fast-moving environment
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and building long-term relationships
• Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development is advantageous but not essential
