We are offering an experienced recruiter the opportunity to take ownership of an established Civil Construction & Trades desk with a track record of billing $500,000+.

This isn't a hands-off account management role. It is a genuine warm desk, active live roles, and proven historical volume. To maintain these accounts and build beyond the $500k mark, you will need sharp 360 recruitment instincts, strong candidate sourcing/management skills in a candidate-tight market, and the commercial ability to win market share across NSW.

The Role

• Full 360 Ownership: Deliver end-to-end recruitment for skilled trades, civil operators, and construction personnel across NSW and national projects.
• Account Retention & BD: Maintain deep engagement with key accounts while actively pursuing new business.
• Targeted Candidate Sourcing: Build resilient candidate pipelines across blue-collar trades and civil disciplines using modern tech, referral networks, and proactive sourcing.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle agency recruitment experience (agency experience required; exposure to civil construction, trades, or industrial recruitment highly regarded).
• Work Ethic & Tenacity: A self-starter who understands that a warm desk still requires daily high-volume effort, proactive candidate management, and negotiation skills.
• Location: Based on the Central Coast or actively planning a relocation from Sydney to enjoy a better work-life balance without sacrificing career development.
• Skills: Excellent communication, recruitment tech fluency, strong organizational skills, and a valid driver's license.
