Recruitment consultant

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Briefing:

• Source suitable candidates.

• Brief candidates on opportunities offered by clients.

2. Interview & Offer Management:

• Manage the recruitment process from the interview stage to the offer stage and beyond.

• Negotiate salary rates and finalize arrangements between the client and the candidate.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build strong working relationships with clients.

• Understand clients' business resourcing and growth needs from both a cultural and functional perspective.

• Work closely with clients to increase the number of jobs handled.

4. Revenue Management:

• Manage and close revenue opportunities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction is high enough to guarantee client retention.

5. Upselling & Profile Management:

• Identify potential upselling opportunities with existing clients.

• Import profiles from external sources if there aren't enough work-ready candidates for specific positions.

6. Client Guidance & Platform Training:

• Guide, train, and coach clients on using the platform effectively.

7. Work towards achieving assigned targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment agency.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges
• Good communication skills
• Work well under pressure
• Have service and open minded
• Good negotiation, problem-solving and resilience skills
• Enjoy learning about IT positions
• Must have permanent work authorization in Thailand with no restrictions.
• Available to start work right away
• Working in the recruitment business.
