The Role | Recruitment Consultant

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll develop real commercial and sales skills from day one. You'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and headhunting top IT talent across Europe/US
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Developing new business opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from interview to placement
• Working towards individual targets and career progression

You'll be challenged, supported, and rewarded every step of the way.
