- Updating them about the Clients requirements after knowing their future plans and their preferred type of job.
- Scheduling the candidates interview with the client and consequently, taking the feedback from the client.
- Finalizing the candidate after appropriate feedback and orientation from the client.
- Keeping the candidate updated about the selection procedure and making sure he joins on the committed date.
