  • Coordinating interviews, inductions, and workforce planning activities
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and recruitment systems
  • Assisting with local marketing initiatives, social media engagement and talent attraction strategies
  • Getting out into the community, visiting client sites and strengthening Adecco's presence throughout the region

What We're Looking For

  • A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems
  • Comfortable working in a sales and relationship-focused environment
  • A genuine interest in supporting local businesses and helping people find work
  • Existing Northland networks or strong community connections would be highly regarded

Why Join Adecco Whangārei?

  • Full recruitment training and ongoing development provided
  • Work alongside an experienced and supportive local team
  • Opportunity to build a rewarding career within a global business
  • Enjoy a varied role combining recruitment, client engagement and business development
  • Be part of the growth of Northland's workforce and local economy
  • Make a genuine difference by helping local people find employment opportunities
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture with plenty of laughs along the way
