Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities

1.Executive Search & Recruitment Delivery

• Deeply understand clients’ hiring requirements, including the job description, business context, role requirements, and candidate profile, and develop an effective Search Strategy.
• Conduct candidate mapping and proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, internal talent databases, recruitment platforms, industry networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Independently manage the full recruitment process, including Search, Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Candidate Presentation, and Offer Follow-up.
• Conduct talent market mapping for mid-to-senior-level and professional positions, identify potential candidates, and build high-quality talent pools.

2. Candidate Engagement & Assessment

• Proactively approach target candidates, introduce the opportunity and company, and establish and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ professional experience, capabilities, career motivations, compensation expectations, and job-search preferences.
• Conduct preliminary background assessments and prepare structured candidate recommendation reports for clients.

3. Project Management & Delivery Quality

• Take ownership of project progress, candidate volume, and candidate quality, and proactively identify potential delivery risks.
• Continuously follow up on client feedback and quickly adjust the search strategy to improve candidate relevance and placement accuracy.
• Regularly review project delivery metrics, including candidate outreach, response rates, interviews, candidate submissions, offers, and placements, and identify opportunities to improve conversion throughout the recruitment funnel.

4. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Recruiters to successfully deliver recruitment projects.
• Support the team with candidate sourcing and talent mapping based on project requirements.
• Regularly share insights and best practices related to industry trends, talent markets, and sourcing strategies to improve overall team delivery efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related field; candidates with prior experience at an executive search or recruitment firm are preferred.
• Strong recruitment delivery capabilities, with a proven ability to consistently identify qualified candidates and drive projects forward.
• Experience independently managing or deeply participating in end-to-end recruitment projects, with a solid understanding of the process from Search to Offer.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, talent databases, and other sourcing channels, as well as proactive candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to quickly understand the business context and candidate profile for different positions and develop targeted Search Strategies accordingly.
• Results-oriented and highly execution-driven, with the ability to work effectively under performance and project delivery pressure.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred, with the ability to conduct English phone/video interviews and business communications.
