Now, g2 Cardiff are hiring - we are looking for ambitious graduates to join our City Centre office. Our Cardiff team is managed by Adam Walsh, one of g2's top billers , and focuses on recruitment within the European Engineering industry . The team place top-tier talent to support on major Data Centre and Mission-Critical Projects in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sourcing and headhunting top candidates
• Building and managing your own client portfolio
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement

What we're looking for:

• No experience required – we are looking for ambition and a winning mindset
• Money-motivated and target-driven individuals
• Great communication skills
• Strong work-ethic

What's in it for you:

• Base Salary: £25,000 - £26,000+
• Uncapped Commission: OTE £35k+ in Year 1, £60k+ in Year 2, £100k+ in Year 3

Location:

Cardiff City Centre - CF10 3FD (must live within a commutable distance from the office)

Interview Process:

• 1st stage: Telephone call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team
• 2nd stage : Teams call
• 3rd stage: Face-to-face interview in the Cardiff office - this will likely be a 1-1 interview with Adam Walsh (Head of DACH Engineering) or a dynamic Assessment Centre day with the hiring team!
• Offer: Walk away from your face-to-face interview with an offer on the same day!
