Your Scope

• Business Development: Proactively identify and open new client relationships through networking and strategic outreach, and cultivate existing clients into deep, consultative partnerships.
• Talent Sourcing: Headhunt and engage candidates across industries — technology, engineering, finance, and more — using industry databases, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct structured interviews to assess experience, motivation, and cultural alignment, and advise both sides honestly on fit.
• End-to-End Management: Own the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding the business need, drafting the brief, coordinating interviews, negotiating the offer, and staying with the placement through onboarding.
• Customized Solutions: Develop and shape solutions — executive search, staffing, project outsourcing, and intelligence — as the client’s need requires.
• Market Advising: Stay close to hiring trends and salary movement, and give proactive advice so clients remain competitive.

Your Qualifications

• Experience: Previous recruitment or talent-acquisition experience is preferred, but not essential for the right commercially minded person. Open seniority.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills, and the ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Commercial sense: A personable, empathetic approach, with a clear read of both business needs and the human nuance in a hire.
• Sales acumen: Drive, initiative, and resilience in a target-oriented environment. A track record in business development, recruitment, or consultative sales is an advantage.
• Organisation: Able to prioritise in a fast-paced setting and keep a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
