As a part of our continued investment into Germany, we’re looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team in Frankfurt.

You don’t need previous recruitment experience . We’re looking for people with energy, personality and a commercial mindset. Sales, business development or people-facing experience is a big bonus.

What you will be doing

• Building relationships with technology candidates and clients
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Growing your own network and market
• Developing new business and attending client/networking events
• Working closely with Sales and Management
• Building long-term client and candidate relationships

What we're looking for

• C1 or above - German language proficiency
• B2 or above - English language proficiency
• Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
• Energetic, resilient and ambitious
• Comfortable picking up the phone and building new relationships
• Interested in sales, BD and recruitment
• Previous recruitment/sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
