The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role, giving you full ownership of your market and the opportunity to build a successful desk within the Business Support & Commercial sector.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client partnerships
• Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout their journey
• Building talent pipelines within your specialist market
• Negotiating offers and successfully converting placements
• Becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients across the West Midlands
