About You
This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment, ideally within construction recruitment, Residential construction, Insurance, Trade or related sectors.

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Pathway Recruitment, you will have genuine autonomy over your market, clients and relationships, with the backing of a small and experienced team.

This is a 360 degree recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment process and have the opportunity to build something of your own.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Building strong and lasting relationships with clients through business development and networking
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from the initial client brief through to placement and aftercare
• Developing a strong candidate network within your market
• Becoming the go to consultant for your clients and candidates
• Identifying opportunities to grow your desk and develop new business
• Supporting marketing initiatives and other business projects
• Tracking and reporting on weekly activity and results
