Recruitment Consultant (IT Function)

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to candidate onboarding.
• Source and engage IT candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update CRM/ATS records.
• Achieve placement, revenue, and KPI targets

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, HR, IT, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Experience in IT recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Immediately Available is preferred
