Working Days: Monday – Friday

Shift: UK Shift | 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant – Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment and enjoy communicating with people.

As a Recruitment Consultant Trainee, you will receive training and hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, communication, screening, and recruitment coordination, particularly for UK-based requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.

Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and other channels.

Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews. Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates. Support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates. Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication with candidates. Requirements Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work UK shifts. Freshers are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners preferred.
