Recruitment Consultant (with Commission)

• Location: Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) (5 mins walk from MRT)
• Entry Level welcome with Structured Training
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Basic Salary: Up to RM4,500 (based on experience) + Uncapped Incentives!

What You’ll Do:

1. Talent Sourcing & Placement

• Manage end-to-end staffing projects from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to placement.
• Use creative search techniques to identify top talent across various industries.
• Maintain accurate and updated records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

2. Market Research & Analysis

• Keep up with hiring trends and industry developments in the staffing market.
• Research potential clients and key decision-makers for business growth.

3. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

• Analyse key recruitment metrics to measure performance.
• Generate reports and insights for management to optimise hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in any discipline
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Highly KPI-driven, target-oriented, and motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, customer service, HR or recruitment is a plus
