What will you do as a Recruitment Consultant?

As a Recruitment Consultant at Specter, you will:

• Find the perfect match between IT consultants and projects with our clients
• Build a strong network of consultants within your specialization (software, data, infrastructure, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and establish new ones
• Follow up with consultants and clients from the first conversation through project start and beyond
• Have the freedom to develop your own approach and take initiative

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

• You speak fluent English (C1 at least)
• You are communicative, driven, and eager to learn
• Preferably, you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree—but motivation, sharpness, and energy matter more than the right diploma
• You feel at home in an environment where freedom, ambition, and ownership are key
• You are interested in people, business, technology, and the power of connections
• Initial experience in sales or recruitment is a plus, but not required
