Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)

• Leading the recruitment process from start to finish—posting roles, chatting with candidates, and helping us hire the right people
• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs
• Creating a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new starters
• Supporting day-to-day HR tasks and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
• Assisting with policies, employee questions, and general HR support
• Helping us improve how we attract and retain great people

What We're Looking For

• Experience in HR and recruitment
• A people-first mindset and great communication skills
• Someone who's organised, adaptable, and enjoys a bit of variety in their day
• Confidence working with different stakeholders across the business
• A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed
• NDIS sector experience preferred but not required

About You:

• We require all our team members to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who ensure quality in all they do.
• Qualification in Human Resources or Similar
• NDIS Worker Screening check required
• NDIS orientation and induction modules
• Australian Driving license
• Right to work in Australia
• Able to commence work as soon as possible
• Experience in HR and recruitment required

Job Type: Casual, Part-Time hours.

• Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
