Recruitment Coordinator

Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the end-to-end interview process, working closely with RPO recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and timely hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Partner with RPO recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels to ensure efficient interview execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Ensure a smooth, positive, and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate scheduling and communication while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Flexibility to collaborate effectively with both offshore and onsite teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Experience managing interview schedules across multiple time zones.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume recruiting environment with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.

Work Location Requirement

• The candidate must be willing to work from the client's office in the Bay Area and be available to work onsite 2 to 3 days per week.
