This is a busy, hands-on coordination role suited to someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple tasks with ease, and enjoys keeping recruitment processes moving at pace.
What you’ll be doing
In this role you’ll be the engine room that keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including:

- Communicating with candidates and providing a great candidate experience
- Managing documentation, records, and recruitment administration with accuracy
- Keeping recruitment processes on track, following up actions, and anticipating what’s needed next
- Handling a high volume of work while staying calm, organised, and detail-focused
- Speaking with candidates over the phone, including initial phone screens where required
What we’re looking for
We’re after someone who brings strong coordination capability and a proactive “no job too small” mindset. You’ll ideally have:
- Strong administration and coordination experience
- Confidence managing high volumes of work and competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate work
- A highly organised, process-driven approach to keeping work moving
- A proactive, can-do attitude, with no hesitation pitching in where needed
- A confident, engaging communication style (written and verbal)
- Comfort speaking with candidates by phone, including initial phone screens
- Recruitment experience is an advantage, but attitude, organisation and communication skills are just as important
What’s in it for you
- A varied, fast-paced coordination role with plenty of stakeholder interaction
- Fixed-term stability through to February 2027
- A role that will suit someone who enjoys being relied on, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly
