About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Recruitment Coordinator to support the busy residential building job portfolio. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing all internal phone calls

• Telephone screening applicants and shortlisting resumes

• Maintaining CRM system

• Coordinating interviews and reference checking

• Managing internal meetings and booking meeting rooms

• Generating referral campaigns

• General candidate care – follow ups

• Managing company brand marketing on Linkedin

• Other administration and sales support tasks

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years Administration/Customer Service or Recruitment experience
• Experience in a Recruitment support role advantageous however not essential
• A can do attitude towards your work
• Honesty and a high level of integrity
• An ability to multi task and prioritise work load
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent presentation
• Happy to work in a small high performance team
